hi. i think the cheapest hosting plan ever is webhostingpad, only $1.99 but it took 3 years subscription as well. But if u looking for long term used, i thnk its good for u. But if decide to change hosting, u hv to wait until 3 years, otherwise u gonna waste it.
Frankly speaking, dont look for cheap hosting if u dont want looking for trouble in the future. spend a bit more on hosting otherwise u gonna regret for it.
hostgator got top rated best shared webhosting lately compare to others. bluehost not bad at all but trouble will come in the future when ur file exceed 50K. ur account will automatically get suspended. but from my experience, its hard to reach that amount if u just a typical blogger.
So make a wise decision, put on a lil bit budget for ur hosting rather than tweaking around with trouble in the future.
