There are many cheap web hosting services available, but many people simply go with the cheapest web hosting company they can find. This option may lead to potential problems which end up costing more money over time. Some cheap hosts oversell their servers which means lots of downtime for your site as well as slow website response times. Customer service with cheap web hosting services may also be lacking and you could find yourself without quality tech support.
It’s best to consider all aspects and features of web hosting. Make sure the host has enough disk space for your site and don’t forget about enough bandwidth/disk space for expansion to allow more visitors. How many email accounts are provided? Are they Window or Unix based? Do they use cPanel? Do they support MySQL databases? Do they have 24/7 customer support?
You can find reviews of hosting companies and see how other users have rated them at http://www.cheaphostingsites.org/. It’s always good to hear what current users have to say. Seems like the best ones out there are: FatCow, Hostmonster, and Bluehost.

Well , there is hostgator , google host yahoo and godaddy.
But the most recommended and best web host so far is NetworkJuiceHosting.com ; Network Juice.
They now offer plans starting around $0.99/mo for a great amount of diskspace plus everything else unlimited. Plus they’ve manage to keep up 99% Uptime.
They have all features such as PHP5, java ,Cpanel , Fantastico ( allows you to auto install Blogging systems and CMS portals without wasting time) , Cron Job , Apache ,Unlimited Dadabase , ftp accounts and much more. Basically EVERYTHING! is supported.
There are other affordable plans as well in NetworkJuiceHosting
Hostgator is also a great host , but there Uptime time is not so good. Also , customer service is very poor , Not to many features are supported.
Google not so sure , But i know there’s lots of files they do not support , no Cpanel , and i don’t know how come , but they have been receiving downtimes lately in their host servers.
yahoo , let me just say it’s the worst web host ever ,you can’t even host the amount of domains you want to host . Including FatCow. The downtime is way to much , and many files are un-compatible in fatcow for some reason.
To buy a domain , the most recommended site is godaddy , but not for it’s hosting!! I Tell you !!!.
For a Great Affordable web host with maximum features , the most recommended web host is NetworkJuiceHosting.com .
You are getting your answers from an expert , and yes I have tried all these web host.
That’s all I got to say mate

Well it depends. Are you looking just for hosting? Meaning you’ll handle the web site design, etc – and that you just want a place to upload your website to?
Or do you want hosting with an easy to use website building tool?
The most feature-rich website building tool that also has secure website hosting that I know of is HotDoodle.
http://www.hotdoodle.com/?section=home You can build your own website or have someone else do it for you. They supply the hosting, the domain names, everything, so with one click you get everything you need to get an online web presence.
If you’re only looking for pure hosting, then you might want to try something else.
